To Login: Click on the now visible Login menu item just below the Webmaster Intro, Main Menu, item.   Use your Call Sign as your user name, enter your password and click on the Logon icon.

After you have created your Login Account, and get bumped up to Author, you will see two new Main Menu items after you Login.  Look just below the Webmaster Intro entry and you will see Article Submission and how to Edit Your Account.
